1000 ECPL GOALS

On the 4th February 2006, Dean Cardew scored Torpoint's goal in an East Cornwall Premier League match against Probus. The game finished 1-1.
That goal was the 1000th goal that the club has scored in the ECPL.
John Bolton, the club's all time South Western League leading goal scorer is pictured here presenting Dean with a momento of the occasion.
The presentation took place at The Mill, ahead of Torpoint's ECPL game against Bodmin Town.
To cap a memorable day, Dean scored the opening two goals in the home teams' 5-0 victory.
