After playing for a number of years as Torpoint & Antony Youth FC, the club decided at the AGM held on 15/6/06 to integrate further with the senior club. All five age groups will now be known as Torpoint Athletic Youth FC , and will represent TAFC in the Devon Junior & Minor League.

Message from the Chairman

 At the Annual General Meeting held on July 12 th , I had the honour to be elected Chairman of the above Club. I am particularly pleased to be elected, as this coming year will see the Club celebrating its 21 st birthday!

Other changes at the AGM saw David Whitson elected as Vice-Chairman after a very successful season managing the Under 16’s side, and his wife Jeanette elected as the Clubs’ Honorary Treasurer. Ms. Claire Deacon was re-elected as the clubs’ very capable Honorary Secretary.

The Officers of the committee and current managers would particularly like to welcome the incoming Under 11’s side, with their manager, Charles (Buff) Smith. As this new team progresses through the age groups we wish them every success, and as with our existing teams, pledge them our full support.

Torpoint Athletic Youth F.C. is committed to providing a safe environment where youngsters between 10 and 16 can develop football and team skills, and grow in self esteem.
